ZHOBAI Wins Large Order for African Community Hospitals, Customized One-Stop Service Adapts to Local Medical Construction Needs
Recently, ZHOBAI successfully signed a large medical furniture order for 12 community hospitals in an African country. The order covers a full set of products such as hospital beds, nurse stations, medical cabinets, waiting chairs, and office furniture. Throughout the process, the customized one-stop medical furniture solution adapts to the local tropical climate and basic medical construction needs, demonstrating the company’s core competitiveness in the overseas market and helping to upgrade local community medical services.
It is reported that the African country is vigorously promoting community medical construction, planning to complete the new construction and renovation of 12 community hospitals within half a year. The core needs are “furniture adapting to tropical high temperature and high humidity climate, customizable, cost-effective, and timely delivery”. At the same time, local hospital staff lack experience in medical furniture planning, are unclear about what materials and sizes of furniture to use in different areas, and are in urgent need of a one-stop service provider for full-process docking.
In response to the tropical high temperature and high humidity climate, we made special optimizations in material selection: the frames of all medical furniture are made of anti-oxidation stainless steel, with nano-spray coating on the surface to prevent rust and aging caused by humid air; the fabrics of waiting chairs and hospital beds are made of breathable and mildew-proof antibacterial PVC materials, which are not only resistant to disinfection but also can alleviate the stuffiness of patients sitting for a long time; the nurse stations and medical cabinets are made of moisture-proof medical panels to avoid moisture deformation.
In terms of customization, we adjusted the furniture specifications according to the different sizes and diagnosis and treatment needs of each community hospital: for example, for community hospitals in densely populated areas, the outpatient waiting chairs are of the continuous row type to increase the number of seats, and the spacing between waiting chairs is reduced to improve space utilization; for community hospitals in remote areas, the medical cabinets are designed to be more compact, matched with small mobile medical trolleys to facilitate medical staff to carry medicines and instruments for home visits; in the hospital office area, customized simple and practical office furniture is provided to adapt to the height and office habits of local staff.
To allow local hospitals to intuitively see the effect, we issued exclusive 3D renderings for each hospital, detailing the furniture layout, material colors, and design details, and repeatedly revised and adjusted until the hospital was satisfied. During the production stage, we optimized the production process, started 3 production lines for simultaneous production, and synchronized the progress to the local health department in real time to ensure on-time delivery. During the maritime transportation stage, we selected a fast maritime channel, contacted the local customs clearance agency in advance, and prepared the relevant certificates for medical supplies to ensure the smooth entry and rapid installation and commissioning of the products.
